VEX version 3.41 available

A new version of vex - 3.41 - is available on the VEX download website (http://www.hpl.hp.com/downloads/vex).

Major changes:
- Changed the system to wrap the "main" of a program to deal with profiling issues in recent Linux distributions
- Support for gcc-4.x
- Update machine models examples in 'apps' directory
